Commercial Diagnostic
2–4 weeks
Most commercial problems are traceable to three or four fixable causes. Most businesses haven't isolated them yet. We map the full picture — pipeline, GTM, pricing, customers, and team — and deliver a board-ready assessment with a clear priority order. This is where most engagements begin. It is also useful on its own.

Commercial Development
2–3 months
Knowing the problem is not the same as solving it. A structured engagement focused on the one or two priorities that will move the business most — whether that means fixing what the numbers have been hiding, closing valuation gaps before a transaction, or building the sales model that gets a founder to their first real references. The scope is defined at the start. The outcome is concrete.

Senior Commercial Partnership
6–12 months
For situations where the work is larger, the stakes are higher, or the timeline is longer. An ongoing working relationship — not a standing arrangement. We know your business, your team, and your board, and we are involved consistently, not episodically. We take two to three clients at this level at any one time. That is a deliberate constraint.

Interim CxO
6–9 months
When the gap is a leadership gap — not a strategy gap. We step in as CxO for the duration — full personal commitment, no delegation. When the right permanent leader is in place, we hand over cleanly and step back.
